The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala has revised the fee structure for several important services for SSC and HSSC students. The updated charges will apply from September 19, 2026, increasing the cost of services such as admission processing, document verification and paper rechecking.
The revised rates were approved during a board meeting held on September 19. Students and private candidates applying for different board services should check the new charges before submitting their forms or applications.
The BISE Gujranwala fee structure 2026 includes changes for both regular and private candidates. Some of the fees have increased by several hundred rupees compared with the previous rates.

Admission Processing Fee Increased for 9th to 12th Class
One of the major changes affects students applying for admission-related services in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class.

The admission processing fee has increased from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 1,300. This represents an increase of Rs. 300 compared with the previous charge.
Students should therefore make sure that they pay the updated amount when submitting their relevant admission forms.
IBCC Verification Charges Revised
The board has also increased the fee for IBCC document verification.
Under the revised BISE Gujranwala fee structure 2026, the verification fee has gone up from Rs. 3,100 to Rs. 4,100 per copy. Students who need their educational documents verified through the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) will now have to pay the updated amount.
Since verification is commonly required for higher education, scholarships, employment or other official purposes, students should carefully check the applicable fee before submitting their documents.
Paper Rechecking Fee Goes Up
Students who are not satisfied with their examination result can apply for paper rechecking according to the board’s applicable procedure.
The paper rechecking fee has been increased from Rs. 1,600 to Rs. 2,000 per copy. This means candidates will now pay Rs. 400 more for each paper submitted for rechecking.
Students should also check the board’s current application procedure and deadline before applying.
SSC Single-Part Admission Fees
The revised charges also cover SSC Science and Arts students with practical subjects.
For regular candidates, the single-part admission fee has increased from Rs. 700 to Rs. 900. Private candidates will now pay Rs. 950, compared with Rs. 750 previously.
These charges apply to the single-part admission category mentioned in the revised notification. Candidates should select the correct category when submitting their forms.
HSSC Admission Fees Also Increased
The fee revision also affects HSSC Science and Arts candidates with practical subjects.
For regular candidates, the single-part admission fee has increased from Rs. 850 to Rs. 1,050. Meanwhile, private candidates will now have to pay Rs. 1,100, compared with the previous fee of Rs. 900.
Students should keep the updated fee amount in mind while preparing their admission documents and payments.
What Students Should Know
The revised BISE Gujranwala fee structure 2026 affects multiple services rather than only one examination category. The changes cover admission processing, IBCC verification, paper rechecking and single-part admission fees.
Before making any payment, students should verify the latest instructions issued by the board. Using an outdated fee amount could create problems during the application process.
Regular and private candidates should also carefully check whether the fee applicable to them is different based on their examination group or admission category.
